Dear Ocean Adventure-II Participants,
We are very much excited to give you very different experiment full of Fun and Adventure.
We are going to the place which is in full control of Light house & Light ships, we have got all required permissions for entering and camping - still being a sensitive area we "might" have to reschedule our plans. As of now we are sticking to our schedule.
We are taking max 40 participants for this event and it will be surprise if everything goes real smooth :) Still we all have to work together to make it real smooth. Our safe and successful event will help us to conduct these kind of events again and again.
I would request you to follow few important points written below (Please feel free to ask any question you have in mind):
1. Managing garbage for continuous 3 days will be very difficult for us, You all must carry your own cup, plate, spoon etc.
2. There are chances of rain + heavy cold wind, You all must carry Rain coat as well as warm cloths.
3. There will be no lights on island. Please carry powerful torch light with extra batteries.
4. Many times its easy to manage school kids than adults :-) Kindly cooperate us to make this event safe & successful, do not try to do over adventure with water.
5. Anyone found carrying or consuming liquor will be banned from immediate effect and have to leave the event from that moment.
6. We will be getting wet 10 times a day, please carry light weight, easy to dry cloths for beach and boat ride.
7. Boat ride & camping at Island is going to be a real adventure: we are going to Oyster Rock Island by boat and many people feel Sea Sickness.
8. At night it is going to be real cold and it might rain heavily too.. its part of adventure and you all are expect to be ready for any kind of surprise there. :-)
9. We are going to prepare both Veg and Non-Veg (using different vessels), I assume that veggies signing up for this event will not getting offended.
9. We are not service providers, people expecting services are asked to participate with commercial outdoor clubs. We expect each and every participant to contribute their efforts for any big or small task in the event.
10. Its compulsory to wear Life jacket while playing in Water at Beach or Island.
11. We have arranged Snorkeling in batch of 10, which will help us monitor people enjoying the snorkeling.
